TRADITION!!!

We are a new company using a very old Japanese family recipe.

The recipe is well over 100 years old. Passed down from generation to  generation. We have decided that its just too good not to share with the rest of the world.

The Original recipe came from my Grandmother, Sally Fujii.  Mrs Fujii passed away on September  13, 2005.  Fujii's Gourmet is dedicated in memory of her.

Using only the highest quality ingredients, giving it a very unique flavor. Once you have tried it, it will be a must have in your kitchen as well.
